Hausman-Kunkel is the best! Our agent Louanna R is always on top of it. Customer service is impeccable and we have never had an issue. We carry all of our insurance through Hausman now and wouldn't have it any other way. We switched from state farm and farmers to have all of our insurance through this company. My family has been using Hausman-Kunkel for decades, literally. If you’re sick of big, cold, person-less companies handling the most important aspects of your life, switch your business to HK. Great customer service, with a personal touch. Not to mention competitive rates! Louanna Rodriguez is my personal agent and I couldn’t ask for a better person! She’s responsive, attentive, and kind. Never contacted us for policy renewal. Didn't reach out when insurer cancelled our policy. Never forwarded audit adjustment from workers comp. Never notified us we had a balance due. Would not recommend Hausman unless you want to pay a bunch of money for no service.
